What You'll Do
What You'll Do
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll be the face of StrawHat Logistics — safely delivering Amazon packages with care, professionalism, and efficiency. A typical day includes:
Driving a company-provided cargo van on a pre-planned delivery route
Safely delivering 200-400+ packages to homes, apartments, and businesses
Using a handheld device to navigate and scan deliveries
Following safety procedures and all local traffic laws
Lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs
Representing our team with a positive attitude and respect for every customer

What We’re Looking For
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
Must pass a criminal background check and 4-panel drug test
Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn
Experience in delivery, ride share, customer service, or logistics is a plus — but not required
