What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll be the face of StrawHat Logistics — safely delivering Amazon packages with care, professionalism, and efficiency. A typical day includes:

• Driving a company-provided cargo van on a pre-planned delivery route

• Safely delivering 180–200+ packages to homes, apartments, and businesses

• Using a handheld device to navigate and scan deliveries

• Following safety procedures and all local traffic laws

• Lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs

• Representing our team with a positive attitude and respect for every customer

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)

• Must pass a criminal background check and 4-panel drug test

• Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions

• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

• Experience in delivery, ride share, customer service, or logistics is a plus — but not required
