StrawHat Logistics was founded in 2020 as an Indiana company and an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver for the Indianapolis area every day of the year.
Our story
StrawHat started with a simple idea: delivery work is skilled work, and the people who do it deserve a company that treats it that way. That means real wages, real benefits, clear expectations, and a leadership team that answers the phone.
Since 2020 we've grown into a crew of 100+ delivery associates running 50+ routes a day, supported by dispatch, fleet, recruiting, and HR teams. The name comes from the founder's favorite crew story — a group that sticks together, takes care of each other, and keeps moving forward.

Brandon Drayton
Owner and CEO
Brandon came to StrawHat from the operations side of logistics, with experience at Amazon, Schneider National, and UST Logistical Systems. He knows the delivery network from the inside — the standards, the pace, and what it takes to hit them every day.
Brandon played basketball in high school and college, and the game still shapes how he leads. A team wins when every player knows their role, holds themselves accountable, and shows up for the person next to them. That's the culture at StrawHat: clear expectations, personal accountability, and a crew that has each other's back. It's the same reason the company carries the name it does.
He built StrawHat around a strong management team and documented systems for recruiting, dispatch, fleet, and safety, so the operation runs to the same standard every day.
Jessica Fitch
Director of Operations
Jessica has led StrawHat's day-to-day operations since 2024, overseeing dispatch, fleet, recruiting, and HR and the managers who run them. She's the person who makes sure every route goes out on time, every driver has what they need, and problems get solved before they slow the day down.
Her approach is simple: communicate clearly, lead by example, and build real relationships with the team. Organized, dependable, and approachable, she sets the tone for a workplace that's both positive and productive.
Jessica is an Indiana University alum and a devoted Hoosiers fan.
